Join the Golden Road Runners as they hit the track tomorrow 11/12, at 6:30am. Meet at Runners Roost Golden and we will run as a group to the track and warm-up from there. We are running 6-9 400M repeats. The goal is to progressively get faster as you go. For example, you can start closer to a half marathon pace and drop down to a 5k pace. Recovery is 2 min, standing, walking, or jogging (your preference!). All abilities are welcome and any modifications are welcome to the prescribed workout. See you there!
