Track Run

We are shortening it up this week with speed on the track! Wednesday 8/3 @6:30am, meet at Runners Roost Golden then we will warm-up together to the HS track. 

The plan is 4-6x 400M, 4x 200M, 1:30-2 min recovery between the 400s and walking 100M between 200s. All abilities are welcome!
